RELATIONAL GAP (Enemies of marriage)

These are the kinds of Gaps that can affect marriage. It could be amazing that Adam was in the place where the discussion between his wife and Satan was going on and did not intervene at the point of his wife's error. Couples must not turn away their eyes or ears from anything that would lead to trouble in their relationship eventually; especially when Satan is suspected.

Couples must not look away when things are going wrong with the wife or husband. Where you need to talk, advise or take action, do so before things go out of hand. When you see any strange behavior in your spouse, address it. Don't look away or feel unconcern with the set of people your spouse is moving with because he or she can be led astray and have adverse effect on your marriage. Have you ever experienced a situation in which couple do not agree with each other, but for peace sake, they played along?

In actual fact, there are relationships in which the couples live their lives without any feeling of responsibility towards each other, though they agree that they are couples. Relational gap create opportunity for Satan to penetrate into marriage and destroy it. It is the responsibility of the husband to be concern about who his wife associate herself with, their interactions and conversation. Also, it is the responsibility of the wife to be concern about who her husband associate himself with, their interactions and conversation for them to have a happy and successful home.
